Regan House - 149 Westmount Dr.

This log building represents the original log shanty built on the property to show settlement sometime between 1829 and 1832.

At present, the Committee and the Director of Culture and History are awaiting quotes from builders specialized in the removal and reconstruction of log buildings. The building must be dismantled and removed from its location as the owner of the property wants to develop the property.

A new location for the house is currently being discussed with all departments of the City of Orillia.
